Tour Details

Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Phong Nha – Tan Hoa Commune – Tu Lan Valley
In the morning
- At about 07:30-08:00, our driver will pick you up in Phong Nha at your hotel. Then, he drives you to the small village of Tan Hoa for your initial safety briefing. You will meet your team and learn about the necessary information. Please note that you need to sign the Release Form before heading to the jungle.
- Then, you set off across sweeping fields for 2.5 kilometers to the Rao Nan River. From there, you make your way up to the short hill into Rat Cave.
- Next, you explore 300 meters in Rat Cave, where you can admire spectacular calcite stalagmites. After that, your team makes its way back out for a picnic lunch served next to a river in La Ken Valley.
In the afternoon
- Next on the journey, you will climb 150 meters up to Lom Com Mountain. Then, you keep going through Flat Rock Peak and make your way to Mango Peak on Mango Mountain.
- Your team takes a quick break on this peak and enjoys the views. Then, the trek continues down into Tu Lan Valley (2 kilometers).
- After arriving at the valley, you’ll finish your afternoon with relaxing activities. You can swim around the waterfall, enjoy a BBQ dinner, and sing together at the campfire.
- After all, you’ll have a nice sleep before the next adventure day comes.
Day 2: Ken Cave – Tu Lan Cave – Hang Kim – To Mo Valley
In the morning
- You have breakfast before swimming directly into Ken Cave, which is the longest cave in Wild Tu Lan Cave Explore 3D2N Tour.
- After that, you return to the campsite for more waterfall swimming or relaxation. Then, you have a picnic lunch.
In the afternoon
- You continue the trip by swimming 200 meters into Tu Lan Cave to explore it.
- After Tu Lan, you do a 1.5-kilometer trek to Hang Kim, where you’ll swim 450 meters and go caving 500 meters.
- Then, you adventure 500 meters through To Mo Valley to the To Mo Cave campsite. You enjoy another beautifully prepared dinner while camping in this graceful valley.
- After all, it’s time to sleep to get energy for the last day on Wild Tu Lan Cave Explore 3D2N.
Day 3: To Mo Valley – Tan Hoa Commune – Phong Nha
In the morning
- On the last day, your trip will be slightly less adventurous, mainly trekking and swimming. The first activity of the day is swimming 100 meters upstream. Your team will pass the waterfall and start visiting Hung Ton Cave.
- You will go along a dry passage leading to a 15-meter ladder, on which climb up to the entrance of Hung Ton Valley.
- After trekking across Hung Ton Valley, you will squeeze your way into Secret Cave. Then, you will discover this most untouched cave in the Tu Lan Cave System.
In the afternoon
- Your return trip will come across the Rao Nan River, beautiful fields, and back to Tan Hoa Village (2.5 kilometers).
- On arrival in the village, you get a refreshing cold drink as a celebration of tour accomplishment. Also, showers are available for those who would like to clean up and change clothes.
- Finally, our driver will take you back to Phong Nha by 17:30.
