HANG EN ADVENTURE CAVE CAMP 2 DAYS 1 NIGHT
Day 1: Phong Nha – Ban Doong – Hang En
From 07:30 to 08:00 morning: Our car will pick you up at your hotel in Phong Nha and take you to the headquarters. Here, you listen to safety instructions, sign the Waiver, and receive the necessary safety equipment.
We will start with the trekking journey through the forest after departing from the Phong Nha headquarters office to move to En Cave. We will walk down a long slope to follow a branch of Rao Thuong stream to visit the only village in the core zone of Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park.
After about 1.5 hours of trekking and wading through many rivers and streams, we will arrive at Ban Doong village. This village is the residence of the Bru Van Kieu ethnic minority community living separately in the deep forest. We will stop for lunch at the village and learn about the life of the people here before continuing the trekking journey to En Cave.
We will continue trekking through the forest and wading through streams for about 3 hours to reach En Cave. Here, you will be equipped with a helmet and turn on the headlight. After that, we started climbing the large rocks to enter the cave. Standing on the top of the rocky mountain, you will see the entire campsite in the cave and the spectacular scenery around the cave.
After receiving your tent at the campsite, you can swim in the turquoise lake next to the campsite. Then enjoy delicious food right inside En cave.
Day 2: En Cave – Lanh Cave – Phong Nha
After breakfast, the group continues trekking up the rocks behind the campground to explore the cave. You will learn more deeply about the masterpiece that Mother Nature has bestowed on Quang Binh province. Therefore, you will admire the enchanting stalactites and wade through the streams to reach the large sandy beach below the giant back entrance of the cave.
Here opens a whole wild world as beautiful as a fairy scene. Hence, you should prepare your camera to capture that wonderful scene here. After that, we will wade through the underground river in the cave to return to the campsite, have lunch, and rest.
After that, we will depart from the cave by crossing another path. You will conquer the final challenge of wading through many streams and climbing a steep slope about 450m high.
