KING KONG TOUR BY PRIVATE CAR
Northern Viet Nam
If you choose northern Vietnam as the starting point, you must land at Noi Bai Airport (Ha Noi – the capital of Vietnam) first. Here, we arrange for you a private car driver who welcomes you and takes you from the airport to Hanoi city center for hotel check-in.
Then, you start your tour the next day with the first destination, Ninh Binh Province. In the film, this place is described as the shelter of King Kong.
In the morning, at 08:00, you will take a 95-kilometer private car ride to enjoy the stunning scenery from Hanoi to Ninh Binh.
Later on, in the afternoon, our private car takes you to Van Long Nature Reserve, an unspoiled sight shown in the film. You will be impressed by its pristine beauty and diverse flora and fauna.
Finally, you come back to the hotel in Hanoi at night.

Central Viet Nam

If you start from Hanoi, you can choose two ways to reach Quang Binh, by private car or by plane. We recommend a private car trip for small groups of travelers because it has better value for money.
Yet, our King Kong Tour only includes pick-up from Dong Hoi Airport (Quang Binh). If you want to go from Hanoi to Quang Binh by private car, you can choose our Hanoi to Phong Nha by private car (260 USD/car).
Brief Itinerary
After you arrive at Phong Nha/Dong Hoi, Quang Binh, our private car will take you to Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park. Here, you can choose to visit two of these caves: Phong Nha Cave, Paradise Cave, and Dark Cave. They are all the most typical caves for the majestic nature of Phong Nha.
After your visit, we drive you back to your hotel in Phong Nha or Dong Hoi. You spend a good night there before continuing to visit other places in Vietnam center. There are two options for you for day 2 in Central Vietnam:
- Option 1: You will visit Hoi An Ancient Town, a poetic old town in Vietnam with high historical and cultural values. On the way to Hoi An, you will visit other famous attractions, such as Ben Hai River, La Vang Church, Hue City, Hai Van Pass, and Marble Mountain. Also, we can provide Hoi An – My Son – Hoi An trip for day 3. But if you don’t have enough time, we can take you to Da Nang Airport after day 2.
- Option 2: You will visit Da Nang with stops at Ben Hai River, La Vang Church, Hue City, and Hai Van Pass. We can also provide the trip of Da Nang – My Son – Hoi An – Da Nang.
