Terms and Conditions
Phong Nha Locals always try with our best to make the travelers happy with our services so we would like to inform you should spend your time to read our terms & conditions below:
I. Prices:
1. Prices are listed all pages option is valid to Dec 31st 2017.
2. Quote for private car transfer service without tour guide is no surcharge on Holiday. But package tour includes tour guide service, the guide fee will be surcharged 100% for the holiday fee.
3. Private car service will serve from 6:00am to 22:00pm. Surcharge 25% for private car service serving from 22:00pm to 5:00am.
II. Payment:
Phong Nha Locals Travel accept your payment via Cash, Credit Card, Payoneer, Paypal or Bank Transfer.
For free and easy of traveling to Vietnam, we highly suggest you pay all to us in advance.
Some reason you feel not trust us or not safe, you can pay to us in some method below:
1. Pay cash to our team (driver/tour guide/sales team/accountant) after end trip as confirmation on service voucher:
This payment will apply for private car transfer with driver service only. For shore excursion booking pay in advance or deposit 50% will be applied.
2. Pay to our company by credit card / Paypal / Online:
a. Credit card: Our team will collect your payment by credit card whenever you want. Please note that bank fee (4-5%) will be applied. So we suggest you pay all for one time to save your bank fee.
b. Paypal: Our team will advise you our details account of Paypal then you can settle to us. Online fee 4-5% is also be applied.
III. Information require:
1. For transfer booking:
-Please send us your full-name with details as our platform on our websites.
-Hotel details with address, room number, time for pick up and hotel details for drop off.
-Inform us use only 1 vehicle for long trip, if not we will change our car for each day.
-If your group need baby car seat, please advise us for special note or request on our form.
2. For private tour booking:
-Please advise us your group details as our form before tour starting.
-Please inform us if you have flight/train departure after trip to avoiding miss your next trip.
IV. Penalty:
Our driver team doesn’t come to pick up on time, without any announcement from office or Tour Operator Team:
– Late than 15’: We offer you a cup of Vietnamese coffee during waiting.
– Late than 30’: We offer you a bottle of beer / a drink during waiting.
– Late than 1 hour: We offer you an invitation dinner at local restaurant at arrival destination.
– Miss-pick up or no show: Please call/email us know then get taxi by you own, we will refund the cost or offer free for next service.
Notes: In case your flight has arrived but there are no driver waiting for you, please call us at the hotline +84 543 511 333 / 935 75 3336 / +84 988 857 128 (Available on whatsapp, viber, line, wechat…), our operation department will help you to connect through driver and help you right away. Phong Nha Locals is not responsible for any cost if you decide arranging by yourself without informing us about our late show up.
(This penalty will be not applied for case of bad weather such as flood, typhoon, city events, local festival…)
V. Children policy apply for tour:
– Under 6 years old: Free Of Charge – FOC
– From 6 to 9 years old: 50% price of adults
– From 9 to 11 years old: 75% price of adults
– From 12 up: 100% price as adults
This policy is not applied for Bana Hills Tour, Deluxe Group Tour, Cham Island Snorkeling or Scuba Diving.
VI. Cancellation from travelers:
– Free Of Charge – FOC will be applied if your booking is cancelled 2 days in advance.
– 50% fee of total booking will be applied if your booking is cancelled 1 day before your time of departure (within 24hours).
– 70% fee of total booking will be applied if your booking is cancelled 12 hours before your time of departure.
– 100% fee of total booking will be applied if your booking is cancelled within 12 hours your time of departure.
VII. Cancellation by Phong Nha Locals:
In case of force major regarding political conditions, natural disaster, wars, etc, we have to cancel the confirmed trip which the Customer has deposited or paid for. In such case, we will contact you for appropriate alterations or you will get full refund for your deposit or payment.
We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking including but not limited to visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance excess or non-refundable flights.
VIII. Insurance:
Phong Nha Locals Travel is an inbound agency and we do not take care of insurance. The Customers are required to have full travel insurance covered. It is the responsibility of the Customer to read their insurance policy before they travel with Phong Nha Locals Travel and Transport.
